By creating an account or using InBest you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

InBest offers tools to record your personal finances, educational lessons, research profiles of companies, calculators and a portfolio tracker with market prices. The Essential plan is free. If a paid plan is offered in the future, its price and conditions will be shown before you pay.

Not investment advice

InBest is an educational and informational tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser or financial entity, and it is not supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. It does not execute orders, hold money or securities, or recommend buying, selling or holding any security.

Investing involves risk, including losing part or all of the money invested. Past results do not guarantee future results. Your investment decisions are yours alone; if you need personalized advice, consult a licensed professional.

Market data and company information

Prices come from third parties (such as Yahoo Finance and Finnhub) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; exchange rates are approximate. Company profiles summarize public sources as of their date and include interpretation. Do not rely on this information to trade; check official sources before deciding.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give truthful information. Keep your password private: you are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change your password and write to soporte@inbest.vip.

Acceptable use

Do not access other people's accounts, try to break or overload the service, automate requests or copy content on a large scale, or use InBest for anything unlawful. Accounts that do so may be suspended.

Your data and our content

The records you enter are yours; you allow InBest to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. InBest's texts, lessons, company profiles and design belong to InBest. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for information only.

Availability and changes

InBest is offered as it is. It may change, be interrupted for maintenance or stop being available, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Important changes to these terms will be announced in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, InBest is not liable for investment losses or for decisions made using the service, its prices or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be waived, including those of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. InBest may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Colombia. Questions: soporte@inbest.vip. These terms apply from October 4, 2026.
